Paige Forwerck

Paige is an associate attorney at Mockensturm, Ltd. with a primary focus in family law and brings a deep understanding of family dynamics to her practice.

Paige is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and in the top 20% of her class. During law school, Paige worked as a paralegal and law clerk for various firms during the day and attended classes at night, all while being an active executive board member of the Student Bar Association and other student organizations. Her leadership and dedication to advocating for her peers earned her the Student Involvement Award, underscoring her commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community. Today, she channels that same dedication into providing personalized and effective legal representation to individuals and families facing a wide range of legal issues. Prior to attending law school, Paige received her Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Cincinnati, where she developed a keen interest in the complexities of human relationships and societal structures.

With a focus on empathy and understanding, Paige guides her clients through some of the most challenging times with care and professionalism. Whether handling divorce, dissolution, child custody disputes, or other legal matters, she is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Paige has practiced in domestic relations and juvenile courts throughout Northwest Ohio and argued before the Sixth District Court of Appeals. She is also a certified Guardian Ad Litem where she advocates for children in court proceedings.

Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Paige is committed to serving her community. She is an active member of the Toledo Bar Association, chairing the Domestic Relations Committee, and she regularly participates in their pro bono clinics. Paige has also partnered with local community groups to present valuable information sessions to those navigating the court system on their own.

Outside the office, Paige enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, binging reality television, and loving on her many fur children.
